第二十四届“外研社?国才杯”全国英语大学生英语辩论赛华东地区总决赛于4月10日在线上圆满结束。本次比赛共有来自130所高校的260名辩手参赛。国际学院2019级辩手毛伊汝，2021级辩手孔博雅同学在焦燕老师指导下代表温州商学院参赛，两天的比赛中两位同学思维敏捷，语言流畅，不同观点相互启发,碰撞出思维的火花。

The 24 “FLTRP CUP” National English Debate Competition Eastern China Finals was successfully concluded on the online platform on April 10. A total of 130 college and university teams from Eastern China participated in the competition. Jiao Yan, instructor of BP Debate Union, and the debating team of Mao Yiru (Junior ) and Kong Boya (Freshman)to participate in the competition. In the competition, the two students were quick in thinking and fluent in language. In the process of arguing with their superior opponents, the thinking collided with fierce sparks.

辩手参赛心得分享

2021级孔博雅同学：

As a freshman to BP debate for the first time, not only for the contest, but also for my study life, and self-improvement, I benefited a lot. Firstly, I harvested a further understanding and mastery to the roles and the motions. A contest can bring a qualitative leap in debating skills. Contact with more excellent people and their multidimensional ideas, not only produce a clash of views, but also stimulate the sparks of thought collision. After each round, I accumulated more experience in my role, and gained a more profound and three-dimensional understanding of the debate motion.

As for the topic of debate, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the status quo, reasons, stakeholders (the importance, the urgency, the superiority and vulnerability and their influence) and also need to give the corresponding policy, at the same time also need to do multi-party comparison to get the optimal solution. If this logic thinking chain is applied to learning, the essence of learning and critical thinking will have a new level of understanding and interpretation; Put in life, will find many original puzzles suddenly revealed.

Once the three-dimensional thinking frame of BP debate is applied to all aspects, the height of our thinking will be greatly enhanced. Learning is not only to acquire knowledge, but more importantly, to experience fun and to think and apply in the social and cultural issues, so as to improve ourselves and benefit the society, rather than blindly refute and attack difficulties or opponents. Just as Mozi’s saying goes “If you are debater, you will judge the discipline of controlling chaos by distinguishing right from wrong, the similarities and differences, and the truth.”

作为初次接触BP辩论的一位新人，本次大赛使我受益良多，于比赛本身、于学习与生活、于自我的提高。首先是对BP辩论各角色及辩题思考更进一步的了解与掌握。一场比赛能够带来辩论技能质的飞跃，接触更优秀的人以及其多维度的思想，不仅产生了观点的交锋，更激发了思想的火花碰撞，每个回合下来，对于各自持的角色更有经验，对于辩题的了解便更加深刻立体。

关于辩题，需要综合考虑现状、原因、利益相关者、重要性、紧迫性、优越性、脆弱性等及其影响，并且还需给出相应的政策，同时还需进行多方比较以得出最优解。将这条逻辑思维链应用于学习，则会对学习的本质与批判性思维有新高度的体会与诠释；放到生活中，就会发现许多原先百思不得其解的困惑，一下子都豁然开朗。

一旦开始把BP辩论的立体思维框架用至方方面面，自身的思维高度将大大提升。学习不仅是为了获取知识，更重要的是从中体验乐趣以及对社会人文等问题的思考和应用，提升自我，造福社会，而非对于困难或对手的一味反驳和攻击。正如墨子所说 “夫辩者，将以明是非之分，审治乱之纪，明同异之处，察明实之理。”

2019级毛伊汝同学：

As a green hand at debating, it is such a great honor to be able to debate with so many excellent debaters for the first time. In the initial impression of debate, I always suppose that a good debater is to be able to speak fluently. However, after a month’s preparation, I have a brand-new understanding of debate under the guidance of Teacher Jiao. I found that a qualified debater should not only be able to speak fluently, but also speak reasonably. Whether the collision of views, or logical sorting, all reflect a debater's critical thinking ability. I appreciate to have such an opportunity to participate in this competition. I cherish the change of roles in each competition; I cherish each opportunity to compete with each debater. BP debate brings me not only the honor, but also sublimation of thinking.

作为一个毫无基础的辩论小白，第一次就能与这么多优秀的辩手同台辩论，真的感到万分荣幸。在对辩论最初的印象里，我一直觉得一个好的辩手就是要能说，有一张伶俐的嘴很重要，但在一个月的准备时间里，在焦老师的帮助下，我对辩论有了全新的认识。我发现，一个合格的辩手不仅仅要会言，还要言之有理。无论是观点的碰撞，还是逻辑的梳理，都体现着一个辩手的思辨能力。我很感谢能拥有这次参赛的机会，我珍惜每一场比赛的角色的变换，珍惜每一次和各个辩手交锋的机会，BP辩论给我带来的不止是荣誉，更是思维的升华。
