At this Wednesday, from 3:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m, we held an activity about Spring Festival in B205, Teaching Buildings of Bowen. In this activity, everyone made paper cuttings on their own and introduced stories relating the Year of the Rabbit.

首先，由彭舒妮老师介绍了中国的十二生肖，每个人都有属于自己的生肖，通过老师的介绍，同学们可以了解到不同生肖的人们所具有的性格特征。除此之外，由于今年是兔年，彭老师还着重向大家介绍了有关兔年的一些谚语和俚语。

紧接着，由吴玉燕老师向大家介绍了中国春节的历史由来，让同学们了解到春节是从正月初一到正月十五，然后吴老师向大家介绍了在春节人们一般会做的事情，例如，stick couplets贴春联，make dumplings包饺子，clean the house打扫屋子等等，让同学们进一步认识到春节的重大意义，了解到庆祝春节是为了祈求新的一年好运连连。

最后，由干事邢星月同学向大家更加详细地介绍了春节的起源以及在国外产生的影响等等。

为了让大家更好地参与此次活动，我社在此环节设置了剪纸讲故事的游戏，大家认真地制作特色剪纸并派代表上台分享并讲述故事，表现较好的两组最终获得了小玩偶一份。

Spring Festival is the most important traditional festival among the Chinese. In recent years, Chinese New Year has become increasingly popular across the globe, not only in Southeast Asia, but also in America and Europe.
